What I learnt on CNM’s Short Course in Nutrition for Everyday Living so inspired me about healthy food that l decided to train as a CNM Natural Chef. I loved combining ingredients that you wouldn’t think would be compatible, yet which taste amazing, and designing meal plans for people with specific health conditions. I enjoyed the friendship in our class, there was a great mix of people.

Doing the internship in a commercial kitchen where everything that you have learnt slots into place was an invaluable experience. I got brilliant feedback from where I worked. From a personal point of view, the course has changed my life. I feel healthy, my weight stays stable and l have loads of energy.

The course has also been a massive confidence booster as I no longer find it daunting to cook with new ingredients. My family are delighted with my new culinary skills and very willing to try the samples!

I plan to use my CNM Natural Chef qualification to help people fill up their fridges and show them what and how best to cook to support their health.
